How the Kitchen Order Ticket reads at the kitchen printer.
When on, completing a Cafe POS sale also triggers a KOT print. Turn off to skip the kitchen ticket.
Fields on the Ticket
Pick which order context lines appear above the items.
Per-line notes like 'no sugar, extra spicy'.
KOT Number Format
Numbering used at the top of each KOT (KOT-0001, KOT-0002, ...).
0 = no zero-padding
Auto-increments after each printed KOT.
Next number will look like
