Cafe identity and small UX touches that affect every order.
Shown in the POS header. Leave blank to use your company name.
Beep when a product is added to the bill.
Display 'stock N' under each menu item.
Show the camera button to scan barcodes.
Park an order to come back to later. Held orders are saved on the device.
Show a notes field on each bill row (e.g. no sugar, extra spicy).
Order Types
Pick which order channels appear as tiles at the top of the order context card.
Sit-down orders. Requires Table number.
Tables
Use a configured list of tables for Dine-In orders instead of a free-text input.
When on, cashiers pick from the tables below instead of typing a number.
Customer Field
Controls how the customer name input behaves.
Suggest matches from the Customer Directory and auto-fill phone on select. Turn off for a plain text input.
Cash Quick Amounts
Pre-set amount buttons shown under "Cash received" (e.g. 500, 1000, 2000).
No quick amount buttons. The POS will auto-suggest amounts based on the bill total.
Cafe POS Order Number Format
The format used for new Cafe POS sale numbers.
0 = no zero-padding
The next sale gets this number; it auto-increments after.
